Use of Studio Morta in contingent upon the renter’s understanding, acceptance and adherence to the following policies. Please contact Studio Morta with any questions, comments and/or concerns. *Rental fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling date of rental (due to personal emergency, illness, travel delay) will be considered on an individual basis. Cancellation fee may apply* 1)  Renter agrees to leave the studio & adjacent grounds in the same condition as they were when renter arrived. 2)  Renter is solely responsible for any legal infractions made during the rental period. This includes violations or citations, and legal action resulting from the conduct of the renter or renter’s party. 3)  Studio set up and clean-up is the responsibility of the renter and is included as part of the booked time. 4)  Renter agrees that they will only access the studio during the agreed upon rental time. 5)  Renter agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $50 for day use and $100 for overnight use with less than 24 hrs notice. 6)  Renter agrees to provide current and accurate photo ID as well as a credit card for incidentals (in the same name as photo ID) prior to the rental. 7)  Renter agrees to make payment in full prior to the rental by cash, etransfer, or credit card (4% processing fee). 8)  Renter assumes responsibility of the studio key and agrees to pay the fee to cover the installation of new locks if the key is not returned. 9) Renter agrees to sanitize all surfaces and implements used (disinfectant wipes and spray provided). 10)  Renter agrees to use condoms (provided) with all insertion toys and will leave such items used in the kitchen sink after rental to be sanitized according to health and safety standards. This includes but is not limited to dildos, plugs, vibrators, anal hooks, speculums, and over the head of the Magic Wand. 11)  Studio Morta agrees to provide equipment in good working order, but makes no guarantees as to said equipment’s functionality or suitability to renter’s purposes. 12)  Renter agrees to use all equipment and implements for their intended purpose only. 13)  Renter agrees that no smoking will take place in the studio, stairwell or hallway. 14)  Renter agrees that no pets or other animals are allowed in Studio Morta. 15)  Renter will observe a strict 11 pm noise curfew and will be respectful of neighbours in terms of noise at all other times. 16)  Open flame, fire and pyrotechnics are prohibited inside the studio and on the premises. 17)  Maximum number is 2 guests at one time unless otherwise arranged in advance. 18)  Renter is responsible for verifying that all party members are of legal age for activities being engaged in. Studio Morta has the right to end those activities if it becomes aware that age violations are occurring. 19)  Studio Morta is not responsible for any loss, accident or injury to renter’s self or anyone in renter’s party. Renter agrees to use all equipment at their own risk. 20)  Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all people in the renter’s party while on the premises. 21)  Renter understands that if Studio Morta is informed of negligent, dangerous, illegal activities or actions outside the agreed upon use of the studio, Studio Morta reserves the right to stop the event and require renter and party to leave immediately. Studio Morta however, assumes no responsibility to act in such cases. 22)  Renter agrees to hold Studio Morta completely harmless from any action, legal or otherwise, that results from the conduct of the renter or the renter’s party. 23)  Studio Mortas’ owner agrees to be clear of the premises during the rental period except in instances of pre-arranged housekeeping, notification of any above infractions, or necessary maintenance &/or emergency service. 24)  Studio Morta is not liable for acts out of its own control that affect the rental period, such as (but not limited to) power outages, weather, or emergencies. In such cases, Studio Morta will refund a prorated portion of renter’s payment. 25)  Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage or theft to Studio Morta’ property or equipment that occurs during the rental period. 26)  Renter agrees that Studio Morta will charge the credit card on file for all repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition or to replace equipment missing or damaged beyond repair or missing. 27)  Renter agrees that Studio Morta will charge the credit card on file for all damage to the premises including spills, excessive wear, marks, or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces.
